Location is great but pricing is unfair and facilities need improvement
The staff is great: Rubi was super attentive (same with the man who works there at night). The beachfront location is great and the pool is probably nice on sunny days.
They charged us in cash + an extra amount (500 pesos, I think) which was never specified but we had nowhere else to go and we had a wedding to get to so we payed it :( our room was not great, it was very hard to open/close the door and it had a weird smell all around. I wouldn’t stay there again :/

Location was perfect and the king suite was spacious, clean and had an amazing view from the large balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful
It’s less a hotel and more a hostal or a bed and breakfast minus the breakfast. Did not take visa for payment. Had to pay cash on arrival and the closest bank is over a km away. No wifi in the rooms

Horrible 2 weeks onthe beach in a noise of music.
Only one person senjora Ruby was saving this place with her smile, service and big heart.
We booked Delux room with king size bed and a balcony. When we arrived we were shown a room (like prison cell) with a shared balcony. We did not agree and got the room with the balcony but had to pay 40% more. Then it appeared that instead of the access to the beach, which we were promissed with a very beautiful picture from booking.com, there were 2 reastaurants who were compeeteing who will play lauder and they did it from 11:00 til 18:30. Horrible place and booking has to check it and agree with te owner (speak the same language) while selling to clients - what are you selling? When we wanted to pay at last they told us that it has to be cash, and we stayed for 2 weeks, such amount of cash nobody is walking with. So we had to go to atm every day and cash money. If booking had had another cancelation policy we would have moved from that place at once.
